ABOUT THE ROLE

Infinnum Inc. is looking for a dynamic HR Generalist to join our team and support a wide range of human resources functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee engagement activities, employee relations, and workplace operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to various HR initiatives while fostering a positive work environment for all employees.

  • Talent Acquisition: Create content for employer branding, onboard new employees, and update HR systems.
  • Performance Management: Monitor performance evaluations, consolidate results, and recommend rewards.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan and evaluate engagement initiatives, maintain dashboards, and report outcomes.
  • Employee Relations: Assist with policy communication, grievances, and document preparation.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Handle benefits inquiries, resolve payroll disputes, and assist in salary benchmarking.
  • Offboarding: Facilitate offboarding sessions and conduct exit interviews.
  • Compliance: Lead safety committee, ensure workplace safety compliance, and submit mandatory reports.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Understanding of labor laws and regulations in the Philippines
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
