Job Title: HR Generalist

Department: Human Resources

Job Summary:

The HR Generalist is responsible for performing a variety of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and HR policy implementation. The role ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies while supporting a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with data privacy and labor laws.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and provide HR support to managers and staff.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Conduct performance appraisal processes and provide guidance on performance improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives to enhance organizational culture and employee engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2–4 years of experience in an HR generalist or similar role.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
