Pasig, National Capital Region, Philippines McKenzie Distribution Co., Inc. Full time ₱250,000 - ₱350,000 per year

The HR Generalist will support the management in carrying out administrative and clerical tasks related to ongoing HR projects, including employee documentation, job description consolidation, and recruitment coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in organizing and updating employee records and project-related files
  • Assist in collecting and preparing Job Descriptions for consolidation and employee sign-off
  • Help coordinate interviews and onboarding schedules with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Facilitate routing of HR documents such as transfer forms, memos, and acknowledgments
  • Monitor the status of project deliverables and help ensure timely completion of requirements
  • Assist in sending out HR communications and follow-ups to employees and team leads
  • Provide other administrative assistance as assigned by the HRBP

Qualifications:

  • College graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields
  • At least 3 years experience as HR Generalist, with Manufacturing Industry experience is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Willing to work onsite in a construction set-up located at Pasig City

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month

  • Manufacturing industry: 3 years (Preferred)
