About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cashier to join our team at the We Hope Medical Clinic (Beacon of Hope - Naga). As a full-time Cashier, you will be responsible for handling all financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service to our patients.

What you'll be doing

  • Process payments and handle cash, cheque, and credit/debit card transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Reconcile daily cash receipts and prepare deposits
  • Maintain a balanced cash drawer and report any discrepancies
  • Provide friendly and helpful customer service to patients
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cashier or in a similar customer service role
  • Strong numeracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using cash registers, point-of-sale systems, and basic office software
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Commitment to providing high-quality customer service
