1. Government Contributions and Loans Administration Processes and remits monthly government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) in a timely and accurate manner. Manages household contributions and loan payments, ensures compliance with government regulations and deadlines. Responds to employee inquiries regarding contributions, loan status, and benefit eligibility. Encodes PhilHealth ER2 and maintains accurate registration records. Updates and maintains SSS loan monitoring files for accurate tracking of amortizations and balances. Addresses inquiries related to Authority to Deduct, ensures accurate documentation and communication. 2. Employee Separation and Final Pay Processing Facilitates the accurate and timely release of last pay for separated employees, including tax adjustments, final benefits, and deductions. Coordinates and processes employee clearance in line with Mary Grace Foods, Inc.'s policy, ensuring all necessary department sign-offs. 3. Billing and Allowance Administration Prepares and processes billing for On-the-Job Training (OJT) allowances, ensures accurate documentation and timely release. Coordinates and processes billings from third-party manpower agencies, validating supporting documents and contract terms. 4. Timekeeping and Attendance Monitoring Monitors daily attendance of household employees, verifies timesheets, and coordinates discrepancies with relevant supervisors. Maintains accurate records of household attendance to support payroll processing and government reporting. QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or any related field. Experience: At least 1–2 years experience in HR, payroll processing, or government benefits administration. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications; Knowledgeable in accessing government portals (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG). Competencies: Strong attention to detail and accuracy; Good time management and organizational skills; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality; Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and statutory benefits. Work Location: Primarily office-based, with occasional visits to government offices. Work Schedule: Regular office hours (e.g., 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday), with occasional overtime during payroll cutoffs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
