Be part of a promising domestic airline as a Regulatory Compliance Officer , where you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with necessary permits and documents for regulatory government agencies. If you the skills and experience in regulatory compliance, we would love to have you on board Duties and Responsibilities: Ensures the accuracy and inclusion of all necessary details in shipment monitoring. Facilitates the application for all the necessary permits (National Telecommunication Commission) NTC, Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA). Furnishes the application documents for a Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) Certificate. Prepares all necessary forms and import documents needed for filing at Department of Finance (DOF). Initiates filing of DOF exemptions and cancellation of entry in timely manner. Monitors the status of the DOF application. Requests the retrieval of the original process entry at Documentation Division. Prepares the request letter for the retrieval of the original copy of the Tax Exemption. Processes the Cancellation of the surety bond at Liquidation and billing division. Processes the post audit cancellation of the entry at BOC Appraiser. Secures the renewal of the BOC Accreditation for Import and Export. Assists the declarant in scanning and segregating of documents needed for processing of shipment at BOC. Provides support in the preparation and filing of regulatory requirements and ensure adherence to deadlines and accuracy. Monitors and analyzes the proposed regulatory changes and government initiatives affecting SEA Corp. Builds and maintains relationship with key stakeholder. Establishes and nurtures relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies and industry associations, in collaboration with the Logistics Head. Acts as deputy point of contact between the company and regulatory government regulators. Qualifications: Graduate of BS Customs Administration Preferably a licensed Customs Broker Knowledgeable on tariffication and customs laws Adept in basic regulatory compliance procedures With good communication and interpersonal skills With intermediate to advanced level of MS Office skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
