Role Summary

We are hiring an AV & Unified Communications Sales Manager to drive growth across our AV/UC business. This role is ideal for a commercially savvy professional with strong industry experience and a solution-led sales approach. You will work closely with clients, partners, and internal teams to deliver high-impact AV and collaboration solutions across enterprise, education, and public sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for AV & UC offerings in line with ByteBridge's business goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage the end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting to closure.
  • Work alongside presales and delivery teams to tailor solutions that meet client collaboration and workspace needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with technology partners, including Microsoft, Zoom, Logitech, Crestron, Cisco, and others.
  • Prepare proposals, lead customer presentations, and manage contract negotiations.
  • Stay updated on AV/UC trends to position ByteBridge as a forward-thinking partner.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and contribute to quarterly business reviews.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in AV or UC solution sales, with proven track record of quota attainment.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise collaboration technologies, AV design, and room systems.
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts and business value to both IT and business stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with partner ecosystems, procurement cycles, and regional market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and strategic selling skills.
  • Experience working with multi-functional teams across engineering, delivery, and support.
