Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a critical role as a Technical Solutions Specialist in our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging presentations or demonstrations of solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account teams and solution architects, to develop strategic plans for optimal solutions.
  • Develop and execute Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives based on recommended solutions, providing Scope of Work (SOW) and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Maintain a high level of technical expertise in industry trends and technologies, staying up-to-date on the latest advancements in Unified Communications & Collaboration (UC&C).
Requirements
  • Strong educational background in a computer-related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical sales or similar roles, specializing in UC&C technologies.
  • Hold relevant technical certifications from reputable IT brands or institutions.
