Role Summary

We are seeking a driven Sales Manager to grow our AV/UC business in the Philippines. This role focuses on driving revenue, building strong customer relationships, and expanding ByteBridge's presence in the collaboration and workplace technology space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed AV/UC sales revenue targets.
  • Build and manage a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market accounts.
  • Lead proposals, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Develop strong partnerships with AV/UC vendors and distributors.
  • Collaborate with presales, operations, and marketing to ensure customer success.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM data.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales or business development experience in AV, UC, or IT solutions.
  • Strong network with enterprise clients and channel partners in the Philippines.
  • Proven track record in meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
