Role Summary
We are seeking a driven Sales Manager to grow our AV/UC business in the Philippines. This role focuses on driving revenue, building strong customer relationships, and expanding ByteBridge's presence in the collaboration and workplace technology space.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed AV/UC sales revenue targets.
- Build and manage a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market accounts.
- Lead proposals, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Develop strong partnerships with AV/UC vendors and distributors.
- Collaborate with presales, operations, and marketing to ensure customer success.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM data.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales or business development experience in AV, UC, or IT solutions.
- Strong network with enterprise clients and channel partners in the Philippines.
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
