Are you an experienced sales professional looking to take the next step in your career? Metro Drug, Inc.' is seeking a talented District Manager to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and driving sales growth across a defined region.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and coach a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow market share and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and customers
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Provide regular reports on team performance and suggest actions to improve results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and motivating a sales team
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in data analysis and using sales reporting tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
