About the role:

The District Manager is responsible for overseeing people management and performance assessments within the store, ensuring that teams uphold standards of customer service and operational excellence. Additionally, he/she serves as the main point of contact for store operations, coordinating communications across departments, managing incident resolutions, and ensuring compliance with operational standards and guidelines.

What You'll Do:

1.People & Performance Management

  • Lead performance assessments and regular coaching with Store Supervisors
  • Oversee staffing, discipline, training, and professional development across stores
  • Monitor weekly performance reports and ensure consistent service standards

2. Store Operations

  • Serve as the main point of contact for store operations
  • Manage incidents, customer recovery, and operational concerns
  • Ensure successful product launches and adherence to brand and procedural standards through store visits

3.Policies & Communication

  • Recommend updates to operational guidelines and procedures
  • Cascade information to HR, Training, Marketing, Facilities, Accounting, and other departments for alignment

4.Projects & Initiatives

  • Support new store openings and expansion projects
