Job Summary:

The Logistics Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the logistics team to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely delivery of goods. This role involves coordinating transportation, managing warehouse operations, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The Logistics Supervisor plays a key role in optimizing processes and supporting overall supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day logistics operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and transportation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Procurement, Customer Service, etc.) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery processes.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and transportation routes to ensure on-time performance.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and other logistics service providers.
  • Oversee loading and unloading activities and ensure proper documentation (e.g., delivery receipts, bills of lading).
  • Ensure accurate inventory records and participate in regular stock counts or cycle counts.
  • Address and resolve delivery issues, delays, or customer complaints related to logistics.
  • Monitor and enforce safety procedures and company policies within the logistics area.
  • Train, guide, and evaluate logistics staff performance.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, improve accuracy, and increase efficiency.
  • Prepare regular reports on logistics performance, costs, and issues for management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
  • Prior supervisory or team lead experience is strongly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of logistics software, inventory systems, and transportation management.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Working Conditions:

  • May require extended hours or weekend work during peak periods.
  • Work is typically performed in a warehouse or distribution center environment, with occasional office tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php28,000.00 per month
