The Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, dispatch, and logistics of goods. Assists the WH Managers on the inventory, delivery, storage, monitoring and implementation of safety measures and protocols in the warehouse, reports and files for future reference

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Assists the WH Manager in the inventory by tallying the actual counts versus the SAP System.
  • Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff and logistics personnel.
  • Enforces compliance of all warehouse personnel on the 5S and GWP by checking their daily activities per area, output, gears and records non-compliance.
  • Takes initiative to assist the WH Managers in the preparation of the Reports for Fleet, Faclitities, daily monitoring pertaining to safety and security.
  • Handles fleet and ensure equipments were properly maintained and renewed on time.
  • Creates PR for trucks, MHE and other warehouse related request
  • Reports disposition for nonconforming products and writes incidents reports for immediate actions.
  • Affirms correctness of the item's information based on the delivery receipt prior to its loading and receiving to avoid errors.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Diploma or equivalent with relevant experience is acceptable.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations, including supervisory responsibilities.
  • Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software ex. SAP.
  • With strong interpersonal, analytical, communication, leadership and presentation skills
  • Must be willing to work in Mapulang, Lupa Valenzuela City
  • Can start immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php28, Php35,000.00 per month
