Job Description:

  • Ensures accurate, real-time inventory posting through SAP/ERP systems and conducts regular spot checks and reconciliations.
  • Leads monthly inventory reporting and coordinates with QA, Maintenance, and Production teams to resolve variances and ensure data accuracy.
  • Monitors and analyzes logistics KPIs, drives compliance with safety and food quality standards, and ensures effective team performance through supervision, evaluation, and adherence to company policies.
  • Will also function as Materials planner and will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of the company's/clients' raw and packaging materials, thereby supporting the production processes and contributing to the company's goal of being a leading, preferred, and competitive manufacturer.
  • Material flow, inventory and usage management.
  • Quality, Food safety, Safety and Environmental risk management.

Job Specifications:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management or any related course.

Experience:

1-2 years of proven logistical and warehousing experience, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in ERP software, particularly SAP B1, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to prepare and process logistical documents.
  • Good understanding of technical knowledge on replenishing, forecasting and general warehousing.
  • Technical knowledge on how to operate forklifts is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Leadership, communication, strategic planning and organizational skills.
  • Can work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
