The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing operations through effective planning, leading, organizing, and controlling activities to ensure smooth logistics performance and strong team engagement. Key functions include planning fleet requirements, manpower, and sustainable action plans; leading and motivating team members while ensuring continuous improvement and customer satisfaction; organizing training, performance reviews, and communication sessions to build teamwork and alignment with company goals; and controlling costs, KPIs, compliance, and operational risks such as profit leaks, claims, and safety violations. The position ensures operational efficiency, customer loyalty, and team morale while supporting business growth and sustainability.

The candidate must be a graduate of any four-year course with at least two years of relevant experience in the logistics industry. Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills are essential, along with proficiency in computer applications, planning, and problem-solving. The role requires a proactive, innovative, and results-oriented individual who is analytical, flexible, customer-focused, and an effective team player with good interpersonal skills.
