About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Customer Support professional to join our growing team at Victorian Placement Agency. As a Customer Support (US Based VOICE) specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our US-based clients, handling a wide range of inquiries and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound calls from US-based customers and addressing their queries and concerns
  2. Providing product information, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues
  3. Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and ensuring timely follow-up
  4. Analysing customer feedback and identifying areas for improvement
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience
  6. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably with exposure to US-based customers
  2. Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to speak clearly and confidently
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer concerns
  4. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively
  6. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others
