About the role

We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic team as Chat & Email Support Representatives. In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving queries through written communication channels. The role is based in Las Pinas City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via chat and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information and assist customers with various product and service-related questions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, demonstrating patience and empathy
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and follow up as needed
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes

What we're looking for

  • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer concerns
  • Proficient in using computer and technology systems to access customer information and respond to inquiries
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred, but not essential
  • A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
