Job Overview

The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering outstanding in-store performance by meeting and exceeding sales targets for assigned products or categories. This role focuses on providing an excellent customer experience through strong product knowledge, proactive engagement, and professional service. The Sales Associate also ensures that store displays are visually appealing, organized, and aligned with company merchandising standards while monitoring inventory levels to support smooth store operations and timely product replenishment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass sales targets for designated products or categories.
  • Track, analyze, and report on daily and monthly sales performance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
  • Maintain visually appealing and well-organized store displays in compliance with visual merchandising standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels of all SKUs and prepare purchase orders to ensure sufficient stock availability.
  • Collaborate with the store team to support promotions, campaigns, and overall branch objectives.

Qualifications

  • Senior High School graduate or College level.
  • At least 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management and product replenishment.
  • Energetic, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
