DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Safety Oversight:

  2. Monitor go kart tracks and other attractions to ensure they operate safely and efficiently.

  3. Enforce safety regulations and protocols to prevent accidents and maintain a secure environment.
  4. Respond promptly to any emergencies or incidents that occur within the park.

  5. Customer Service:

  6. Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance and answering questions about the park and its attractions.

  7. Handle guest concerns and complaints effectively, aiming to resolve issues promptly and courteously.

  8. Operational Support:

  9. Assist in the setup and breakdown of attractions and equipment before and after operating hours.

  10. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition.
  11. Collaborate with other park staff to coordinate activities and maintain cleanliness throughout the park.

  12. Team Collaboration:

  13. Work closely with other marshals and park management to uphold park policies and procedures.

  14. Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to ensure a cohesive and efficient work environment.
