Sales Coordinator

Job Summary
- Support and strengthen local recruitment operations, including broker onboarding, accreditation processes, and group events.
- Coordinate logistical requirements for broker-related activities such as open houses, project site tours, and batch orientations.
- Ensure accurate tracking and documentation of broker records, and assist in preparing weekly KPI summaries at the Territory level.
- Manage the processing of commission documents and promptly identify any data discrepancies for escalation.
- Contribute data-driven insights to Territory dashboards to help improve processes and overall performance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any business-related course
- 1–2 years of experience in support or coordination within real estate or a closely related sales support function
- Highly organized, with proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong communication skills, both for internal coordination and broker engagement
- Field-confident and detail-oriented, capable of managing a hybrid field-office workload
- Willing to travel for work as required
