We are seeking an experienced Project Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team at Kasetphand Phils. Corp. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for driving sales by coordinating with our engineering team to design, estimate, and submit project proposals for construction and installation projects. Your role will focus on meeting sales targets while ensuring the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of projects in Mindanao Area

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate with engineering teams to design and estimate project requirements for construction and installation projects
  • Develop and submit project proposals to clients, ensuring they meet project specifications and are aligned with client needs
  • Negotiate contracts and sales agreements to meet sales targets while maintaining profitability
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely execution of projects from proposal to delivery, ensuring client satisfaction
  • Monitor project progress, providing regular updates to clients and management to ensure projects remain on track
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, standards, and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar sales engineering role in the construction or engineering industry
  • Proven track record in sales and project management, including the ability to successfully manage complex projects from proposal to execution
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients, sales teams, and engineering teams
  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, standards, and safety protocols
