1. Sales & Customer Service
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Airwheel products (smart luggage, accessories, backpacks, etc.).
- Demonstrate product features (e.g., motorized function, charging ports, luggage capacity).
- Meet or exceed monthly individual and store sales targets.
- Handle sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
2. Product Knowledge & Demonstration
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Airwheel products, pricing, and promotions.
- Conduct live demonstrations (showing luggage functions, Bluetooth connectivity, etc.).
- Explain warranty coverage, after-sales service, and maintenance tips.
3. Merchandising & Store Maintenance
- Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and inventory arrangement.
- Refill stocks and check daily product counts.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards aligned with Airwheel's brand identity.
4. Reporting & Coordination
- Submit daily sales and inventory reports to the Store Supervisor.
- Coordinate with inventory team for replenishment requests.
- Report any customer feedback, product issues, or repair requests to management.
5. Brand Representation
- Uphold Airwheel's premium brand image through professional appearance and conduct.
- Participate in store events, promotional activities, and brand campaigns.
- Assist in content creation or social media promotions if required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php14, Php16,000.00 per month
