Your Role in Driving Impact
Be part of our client's team as a Client Sales Coordinator, directly contributing to revenue growth and margin improvement. You'll work closely with the Technical Sales Team, coordinate internal technical sales, monitor customer satisfaction, ensure contracts are delivered on time, and provide excellent service while supporting operational success.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work with senior management under pressure and tight deadlines
- Results-driven mindset
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for meeting role requirements
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Good understanding of systems, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
What You'll Do
- Work closely with the Service Sales Field Team and support as a link into the Operations Team
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customers' needs on an ongoing basis
- Monitor, report, and drive sales growth through Quoted Works and Internal Technical Sales
- Quote internal technical repairs, maintenance, and upgrades
- Send technicians to a client's site to perform repairs, maintenance, and/or upgrades
- Monitor commercial performance of regional customers to ensure contracts are delivered within a 24-hour timeframe
- Monitor customer satisfaction ratings according to company standards
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel
- Achieve individual targets from a Service Contract perspective
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives
- Provide excellent customer service
- Carry out additional tasks as required by the business
