Job OverviewResponsible for the company's procurement and logistics supply chain management in the Southeast Asia region, leading supplier development, cost optimization, quality control and coordination of key matters. Ensure efficient and compliant overseas procurement operations to support the implementation of the company's global supply chain strategy.Core Responsibilities

  • Supplier Development and Management

Conduct research on the Southeast Asian market and establish a local supplier resource pool (including warehousing, customs clearance, transportation service providers, etc.).Lead supplier screening, negotiation, contract signing and long-term cooperative relationship maintenance in accordance with company processes and regulations.Regularly evaluate supplier performance (quality, delivery time, cost) and promote continuous optimization.

  • Procurement Execution and Cost Control

Formulate procurement plans, monitor order execution and ensure on-time delivery.Reduce procurement costs through strategies such as price comparison, centralized procurement and localized substitution.Handle sudden supplier-related issues and coordinate emergency solutions.

  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration

Collaborate with domestic logistics delivery, service provider co-creation and other teams to synchronize procurement progress and logistics dynamics.Support logistics managers in various overseas countries and provide end-to-end supply chain solutions.QualificationsEducational Background: Bachelor's degree or above, major in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Logistics or related fields is preferred.Experience Requirements:More than 5 years of experience in international procurement or cross-border logistics; those with Southeast Asian supply chain resources are preferred.Familiar with the trade environment and laws and regulations of the Southeast Asian market (such as Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, etc.).Skill Requirements:Excellent business negotiation skills (proficiency in English or Southeast Asian local languages).Familiar with ERP systems and data analysis tools (such as Excel, Power BI).Strong pressure resistance, able to adapt to frequent business trips or short-term on-site assignments.Preferred Qualifications:Procurement background in manufacturing industry (electronics, apparel, FMCG, etc.).Understanding of regional trade agreements such as RCEP.
