Job Description:

The Procurement Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the overall procurement activities of MyHealth Clinic and its branches. The role ensures that the organization acquires the right materials, equipment, and services at the best value to support clinic operations. The Procurement Manager is accountable for supplier evaluation, contract management, cost efficiency, and timely delivery of procurement requirements, while upholding integrity and compliance with company policies.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing effective procurement strategies to meet the company's operational and financial objectives
  • Negotiating and managing supplier contracts to secure favourable terms and conditions
  • Monitoring and analysing procurement data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan inventory levels
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant procurement policies, regulations and best practices
  • Managing a team of procurement professionals and overseeing their day-to-day activities
  • Continuously seeking ways to streamline procurement operations and enhance the company's competitive edge

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a senior procurement role within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, supply chain management and inventory control
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship management and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficient in data analysis and the use of procurement software and tools
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of procurement professionals
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
