Summary Job Description:

The functional scope of this role includes procurement planning and strategy, supplier management, purchasing operations, quality and compliance, inventory and cost control, documentation and reporting, while performing other related tasks assigned for this role.

Qualifications:

a. Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business management, or equivalent. Certificate programs will be considered.

b. Proven management capabilities with at least four-year working experience in a management role; at least three-year proven performance record as Supply Chain, Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor / Senior Lead, or equivalent in reputable and food and beverage brands in the Philippines; experience in 4-5 star full service hotels, commissary and shared services operations, pre-opening and business startup, growth and expansion project assignments will be highly regarded.

c. Knowledge in warehouse administrative policy and operating guidelines, business competitiveness, guest engagement and customer service orientation, loss prevention and contagious disease and outbreak, perishable goods handling, cold chain logistics, food safety requirement and hazard analysis and critical control points, and related hygiene sanitation regulatory compliance; procurement management system, ERP software, Microsoft Office applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80, Php100,000.00 per month
