In this fulltime, on-site role based in Metro Manila, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our vibrant restaurant operations. With a focus on exceptional customer service and operational excellence, you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to drive business growth and foster a positive team environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting the Restaurant Manager in leading and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Overseeing daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and revenue tracking
  • Resolving customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
  • Participating in strategic planning and decision-making to drive continuous improvement
  • Providing training and development opportunities for the restaurant team
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and events

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar assistant restaurant manager or restaurant management role
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  • Sound financial and inventory management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of health and safety
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems
