The Assistant Restaurant Manager at Pound x Flatterie plays a key role in ensuring daily operations run smoothly. You will assist in managing front-of-house staff, maintaining service standards, and supporting business goals. With a passion for food, service, and leadership, you'll help deliver an exceptional dining experience that reflects the Pound x Flatterie brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and decision-making
  • Supervise front-of-house team to ensure excellent customer service
  • Assist in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
  • Maintain cleanliness, food quality, and presentation standards
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock ordering and control
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Help execute marketing promotions, seasonal offerings, and upselling initiatives
  • Assist with sales tracking, reporting, and meeting store targets
  • Lead by example during peak hours to ensure team productivity and guest satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in casual or lifestyle dining brands
  • Experience in opening new store branches is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of food handling and sanitation procedures
