We're seeking a Mid-Level Python Developer who can take ownership of projects, write efficient and scalable code, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You'll have opportunities to lead small projects and mentor junior developers while building impactful applications that drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize Python-based applications using modern frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
  • Collaborate with front-end developers and designers to create seamless, high-performing systems.
  • Conduct testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
  • Integrate APIs and external data sources into applications.
  • Contribute to architectural discussions and recommend technical improvements.
  • Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Python with solid experience in at least one major framework (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).
  • Working knowledge of PHP Laravel or CodeIgniter is a plus.
  • Experience in Agile development environments.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, database design, and version control (Git).
  • Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • At least 2–4 years of professional development experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
