Role Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to support our finance team. The chosen candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, processing payroll, coordinating audits, and ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

What You'll Do:

  • Review financial paperwork and processes, providing recommendations and implementing approved changes.
  • Monitor, prepare, and submit periodic financial documents required by management, government agencies, and grant providers.
  • Assist in preparing and coordinating financial audits.
  • Maintain and update the organization's financial records and status.
  • Process payroll accurately and on time.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred; fresh graduates may apply.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and payroll processing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Rate: ₱125/hour (fixed)

Contract Type: Independent Contractor

Work Schedule: 2-4 hours/day, 6 days a week
