A CheckMarq scheduler/intake acts as an liaison between our clinical team and our client agencies in a remote setting. We are currently seeking an individual to work our weekend coverage for Saturday/Sunday/Monday

Candidates must be available to work 9am-6pm EST for weekend coverage.

Tasks includes but not limited into the following:

  • Scheduling visits
  • Approving visits as completed
  • Assisting clinicians with scheduling issues
  • Intake on new staffing requests
  • Staffing new clients with our clinical team

Minimum Qualifications

  • Prefer candidate to possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Health Care Management/Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Basic user level proficiency with Microsoft/Google products is required.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Must be 18 years old and above
  • Able to work EST business hours and weekends

System Requirements

  • Intel core i3 (6th to 12th gen), i5, i7 or AMD equivalent is highly required
  • Windows is acceptable
  • At least 8GB of RAM
  • Internet Connectivity: 10 Mbps DSL/Fiber Internet connection (USB sticks, signal-based & wireless connections are not allowed)
  • Peripherals: Web camera and dual monitor work station are a mandatory requirement
