We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Patient and Provider Coordinator to support operations in the wellness and medical-grade supplement space. This role is about keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes—coordinating with providers, pharma partners, and patients, while ensuring accurate records and efficient communication.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Coordinate with providers and pharma partners to ensure timely processing and fulfillment of requests
  • Communicate with patients in a professional and supportive manner
  • Track and update information accurately in Google Sheets and other internal tools
  • Support the team in day-to-day coordination tasks to keep operations running smoothly
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address issues quickly and efficiently

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience in coordination, customer support, or administrative roles (healthcare or wellness background is a plus)
  • Available to work in US time zones and weekend schedules
  • Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer

Technical Requirements:

  • Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)
  • Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
  • Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
  • Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace
