The Opportunity:

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about making a difference in healthcare? We are looking for an Intake/Data Entry Specialist to join our wonderful team and support our US-based healthcare client.  In this position, you'll be managing information that directly impacts patient care so your accuracy skills and eye for detail are essential.

This position is remote and offers you the flexibility of working from home.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Transfer and input essential data from healthcare providers into our database systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Cross-check data against source documents to maintain high-quality standards and verify the integrity of our records
  • Produce detailed reports and retrieve data as requested to support decision-making processes
  • Sort, organize, and store data efficiently, performing regular backups to safeguard our information
  • Review and audit demographics, progress notes, and other critical data for deficiencies or errors, making necessary corrections to uphold data integrity.
What we're looking for:
  • A minimum of 2 years in a US healthcare setting, with specific experience in data entry and auditing roles
  • Familiarity with medical jargon is essential for understanding and accurately processing data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to effectively convey information
  • Basic understanding of databases and proficiency with word-processing tools
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all tasks
  • Fast typing & keyboarding skills and the ability to adapt quickly to new processes
  • A proactive approach to completing tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines
  • Be a strong team player, with exceptional attention to detail
Service Fee:

Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.

Hours:

US Eastern Standard Time (EST) - 9am to 6pm
