Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create, curate, and publish high-quality content (text, images, videos, and graphics) across social media platforms.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and community engagement.
- Plan, execute and monitor paid social media advertising campaigns and engagements.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and other departments to ensure brand identity and consistency.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and trends.
- Manage online reputation by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Experience with social media analytics tools and paid advertising campaigns.
- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
- Creative thinker with strong visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills (a plus):
- Graphic design and video editing experience.
- Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Experience with influencer partnerships and community management.
