Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Cubao, Quezon City

Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing our company's social media presence across various platforms, creating engaging content, and driving online engagement to strengthen our brand identity and support the goals of the business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Create, curate, and publish high-quality content (text, images, videos, and graphics) across social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and community engagement.
  • Plan, execute and monitor paid social media advertising campaigns and engagements.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and other departments to ensure brand identity and consistency.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and trends.
  • Manage online reputation by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
  • Experience with social media analytics tools and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong visual storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (a plus):

  • Graphic design and video editing experience.
  • Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Experience with influencer partnerships and community management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php40,000.00 per month
