The Opportunity:We are looking for a creative and results-obsessed Social Media Manager to transform our social channels into powerful growth engines. This is not a typical brand awareness role. You are a modern marketer who understands that great content, especially video, should drive measurable action. You will be responsible for creating engaging short-form video content and running paid social campaigns designed to generate leads, book demos, and acquire new customers. If you are passionate about storytelling, video creation, and using data to drive business results, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Video Content Strategy & Creation:
  • Develop and execute a content strategy centered around short-form video (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) that educates and converts our target audience.
  • Independently handle the entire video production process: ideation, scripting, filming/sourcing footage, and editing compelling videos for our social channels.
  • Repurpose content from webinars, tutorials, and customer testimonials into engaging social media assets.
  • Direct Response & Paid Social:
  • Plan, launch, and manage paid social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn with a primary goal of lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Write persuasive, direct-response ad copy and develop compelling Calls-to-Action (CTAs) that encourage users to sign up or request a demo.
  • A/B test ad creative, copy, audiences, and landing pages to continuously improve campaign performance and lower Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
  • Channel Management & Growth:
  • Manage and grow our social media profiles, fostering an engaged community of sports organizers and business owners.
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and engagement.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track and analyze the performance of both organic and paid social media efforts, focusing on key business metrics (Leads, Sign-ups, CPA, ROAS).
  • Deliver regular reports to leadership on what's working, what's not, and how we can improve.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a strong focus on direct response.
  • Crucial: A strong portfolio of short-form video content you have personally created and edited for a brand (please provide a link to your portfolio or examples).
  • Hands-on experience creating and managing paid social advertising campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager with a proven track record of generating leads or sales.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills, with the ability to write attention-grabbing hooks and clear, persuasive CTAs.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels and how to move a prospect from awareness to conversion.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in social media analytics tools and a passion for A/B testing and optimization.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage projects from concept to completion.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience marketing to small business owners, coaches, or league administrators.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads or TikTok Ads.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php65,000.00 per month
