A company in the creative design and consulting industry is looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead its online presence. The role involves planning, creating, and managing engaging content across social media platforms to strengthen brand identity, increase visibility, and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos, stories, reels).
  • Manage day-to-day handling of all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Monitor, track, analyze, and report on performance metrics and trends.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for campaigns, promotions, and branding initiatives.
  • Manage social media ad campaigns to maximize reach and ROI.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong copywriting, content creation, and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in social media tools, analytics, and ad management platforms.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience in graphic design or video editing is an advantage.
