Job Summary

We're looking for a Social Media Manager / Strategist to shape and execute creative, data-driven campaigns that amplify client brands across multiple platforms. This role bridges content strategy, community management, and analytics, ensuring that both brand and influencer voices blend seamlessly to deliver engaging, impactful social campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with client goals and campaign objectives.
  • Create, curate, and publish high-quality content (copy, images, videos) tailored to each platform and audience.
  • Manage and engage online communities — respond to messages, foster conversations, and grow authentic relationships.
  • Collaborate with account and influencer teams to integrate social media efforts into larger campaign strategies.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics, providing data-driven insights and regular reports on engagement, reach, and growth.

Qualifications & Expertise

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts and campaigns for brands or agencies.
  • Strong understanding of social platform algorithms, content trends, and influencer marketing.
  • Proficient in social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
  • Skilled in copywriting, visual content creation, and basic graphic design or video editing.
  • Experience running paid social campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok.
