About Us:

We're an aesthetic clinic and we're looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to elevate our online presence and engage with our community.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Design and produce engaging static posts and videos that align with our brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee and manage all company social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok.
  • Engagement: Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner to foster community engagement.
  • Influencer Coordination: Identify, reach out to, and collaborate with influencers to promote our brand and expand our audience.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media performance metrics, provide insights, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize engagement and growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
  • Proficiency in video shooting and editing tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling.
  • Familiarity with design and video editing tools such as Canva and CapCut for creating basic marketing or social media content.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing strategies is a plus.
