We are looking for a creative, strategic, and highly motivated Social Media Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our brand's online presence. This role is perfect for someone with a strong understanding of digital trends, analytics, and content creation who can elevate our brand across all social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create engaging and visually appealing content (posts, stories, reels, videos, etc.) aligned with the brand voice.
  • Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitors to keep the brand relevant and engaging.
  • Plan and manage social media calendar and content scheduling.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track performance and prepare monthly analytics reports to assess ROI and guide content improvements.
  • Collaborate with marketing, graphic design, and product teams to align social media campaigns with company goals.
  • Coordinate with influencers or brand partners for collaborations when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or any related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of proven experience in managing social media platforms for a brand or company.
  • Strong knowledge of platform algorithms, trends, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut).
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work on-site in Del Monte, Quezon City.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience in photography, videography, or video editing.
  • Background in eCommerce or lifestyle/fashion/retail brands.
  • Knowledge in running paid social media ad campaigns.

Benefits

Salary: Up to PHP 35,000 per month
