Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence across all platforms. This individual will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goals and brand identity.
- Define social media KPIs and success metrics.
- Conduct competitive research, platform determination, messaging, and audience identification.
Content Creation & Management
- Create, curate, and manage original, high-quality content (including text, image, and video) across social platforms.
- Collaborate with the design, marketing, and content teams to maintain brand consistency.
- Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
Community Management
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "Social" way while cultivating leads and relationships.
- Actively manage and engage with the online community on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.
- Manage user-generated content and brand reputation online.
Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor performance metrics and use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) to assess social media performance.
- Generate reports on campaign performance and present insights and suggestions for optimization.
- Stay current with social media trends, algorithm changes, tools, and best practices, and implement relevant strategies.
Advertising & Paid Media
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns.
- Allocate and manage advertising budgets to ensure ROI and goal alignment.
- Collaborate with performance marketing teams on broader ad strategies.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support
- Work closely with Marketing, PR, Product, and Sales teams to align messaging and campaign goals.
- Coordinate influencer marketing programs and partnerships.
- Provide support for events, product launches, or company initiatives requiring social promotion.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2–5+ years of proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and content.
- Deep understanding of the social media landscape and platform-specific best practices.
- Experience with tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, Later, or similar.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Experience with paid social advertising is highly desirable.
