Training Supervisor

The Training Supervisor is responsible for managing and implementing effective training programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and career growth. This role involves assessing training needs, developing structured programs, and ensuring smooth execution across various departments. The Training Supervisor works closely with Human Resources and leadership teams to align training initiatives with company goals, ensuring compliance and continuous employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify Training Needs – Conduct job analysis, performance reviews, and collaborate with department heads to determine skill gaps.

  • Develop & Deliver Training – Design and implement training programs, workshops, and seminars to improve employee competencies.

  • Supervise Training Activities – Oversee facilitators and specialists to ensure high-quality program execution.

  • Evaluate Program Effectiveness – Use assessments, feedback, and surveys to measure training impact and refine strategies.

  • Ensure Compliance – Work with HR to meet industry regulations and company training requirements.

  • Manage Training Resources – Maintain records, materials, and schedules for timely and efficient training sessions.

  • Support Employee Development – Provide coaching and mentorship to enhance career growth opportunities.

  • Stay Updated – Keep up with industry trends, training tools, and best practices for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 2 years of experience in training, development, or a supervisory role.

  • Strong understanding of instructional design, adult learning principles, and training methodologies.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple training projects and work cross-functionally.
