About the role

At PETWAREHOUSE, we are seeking an experienced Customer Success Supervisor to join our team in Ortigas, Pasig City. This full-time position will play a crucial role in overseeing and supporting our customer service operations, ensuring exceptional experiences for our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to drive exceptional service delivery

  • Monitor key customer service metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address areas for process improvement

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service policies, procedures, and best practices

  • Foster a positive and customer-centric culture within the team

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a customer service environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences

  • Proficient in using customer service and contact centre software, with the ability to generate and analyse reports

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing customer service strategies and best practices

  • A passion for delivering high-quality service and a commitment to continuous improvement
