The Organizational Development (OD) Specialist/Supervisor is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating programs that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and leadership capability. This role ensures that organizational structures, processes, and culture support the company's strategic goals and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning

  • Partner with leadership to assess organizational needs and align OD initiatives with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement OD strategies that drive performance, culture, and employee development.

Change Management

  • Design and execute change management frameworks to support business transformation.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to leaders in managing organizational change.

Talent & Leadership Development

  • Design and deliver leadership and succession planning programs.
  • Facilitate training, workshops, and interventions to build employee and leadership capabilities.

Culture & Engagement

  • Drive initiatives that strengthen company culture, values, and employee engagement.
  • Conduct employee surveys, analyze results, and develop action plans.

Performance & Process Improvement

  • Support performance management systems and processes.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline organizational processes and improve efficiency.

Data & Analytics

  • Use HR metrics, surveys, and organizational assessments to measure effectiveness of OD initiatives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. (Master's degree is an advantage.)
  • Proven experience (3–7 years for Specialist, 7+ years for Manager) in Organizational Development, Talent Management, or related HR functions.
  • Strong background in change management, leadership development, and employee engagement.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate into actionable strategies.
