We are seeking a diligent and experienced Dining Supervisor to oversee our restaurant's front-of-house operations and ensure that our guests have a memorable dining experience. If you have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering top-notch service, we want to hear from you.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise and lead the front-of-house team, including servers, Hosts and Team Leaders.
  • Ensure the seamless flow of dining service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. - Train, motivate, and support staff to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Assist in managing reservations, seating, and overall guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant manager to develop service standards and procedures.
  • Monitor inventory, order supplies, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
  • Assist in staff scheduling and payroll management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree/ Food and Service/ Hospitality Management or equivalent
  • Must have at least 1 year of working experience as Dining Supervisor
  • Excellent communication skills; must be fluent in English
  • Positive interpersonal skill is required
  • Strong organizational skills and must be meticulous
  • Has the ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Preferably with knowledge in handling restaurant reports
