Job Overview: E-commerce Supervisor

The E-commerce Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of store-in-store (SIS) setups across all online platforms for two brands. This role ensures the execution of marketing campaigns, accuracy of online product listings, and a seamless customer experience across e-commerce channels. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive to customer inquiries, and skilled in managing digital inventories and sales analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain SIS (store-in-store) presence across all e-commerce platforms for two brands.
• Execute online plans and campaigns, ensuring timely uploads of campaign materials.
• Monitor and regularly update the campaign calendar.
• Ensure accuracy of all SIS content, product listings, and promotional materials.
• Track and report daily sales performance and conduct weekly inventory checks.
• Upload, update, and manage product and inventory files on all online sales channels.
• Handle customer reviews and promptly respond to inquiries to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in any course.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience as an E-commerce Assistant or Supervisor.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to start immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
