About the role

Join our dynamic team at UNO Adventure & Holidays' as a Flight Booking Ticketing professional. In this full-time role based in Makati City Metro Manila, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by handling flight bookings and ticketing. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring our clients have a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Process flight bookings and issue tickets for individual and group travel
  2. Liaise with airlines and other travel providers to secure the best fares and availability
  3. Provide accurate information to customers regarding flight schedules, baggage policies, and other travel-related details
  4. Handle customer inquiries, changes, and cancellations in a timely and professional manner
  5. Maintain detailed records of all bookings and transactions
  6. Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth booking and ticketing process
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and supplier policies

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar flight booking and ticketing role, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry
  2. Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Proficiency in using reservation systems and ticketing software
  4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  5. Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
  6. Familiarity with travel industry regulations and best practices
  7. Fluency in English, with additional language skills being an advantage
