
Travel Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Operations Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for travelers, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support across booking, ticketing, and itinerary management.
Job Description:The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless travel experiences and timely issue resolution. You will provide expert guidance and assistance to travelers using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Sabre or Amadeus, ensuring accurate and efficient booking processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to travelers via phone, email, and chat
- Book flights, hotels, and rental cars using GDS platforms
- Issue, reissue, and process refunds for flight tickets in accordance with airline policies and fare rules
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems
- 1–3 years of experience in travel customer service or GDS-based booking environments
- Proficiency in at least one major GDS platform (Sabre or Amadeus)
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure
- Familiarity with airline fare structures, ticketing rules, and refund procedures
