About the role

As a Flight Ticketing agent at UNO Adventure & Holidays', you will be responsible for assisting customers with booking and managing their flight reservations. This full-time role is based in our Makati City office, where you will be an integral part of our dedicated Reservations team.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound calls and emails from customers to book and manage flight reservations
  • Providing exceptional customer service by responding to queries, troubleshooting issues and ensuring a seamless booking experience
  • Utilising our booking systems to search for, price and reserve the best flight options for customers
  • Issuing e-tickets and processing payments for flight bookings
  • Communicating with airlines to make changes or cancellations to existing reservations
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions and bookings
  • Supporting the Reservations team with any other administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a customer service or travel agency role, preferably in flight reservations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a high level of customer care
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to efficiently handle booking enquiries
  • Proficient in using reservation systems and computer applications
  • Knowledge of airline ticketing policies and procedures
  • Passion for travel and the hospitality industry
