Work Shift: Morning Shift

We're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Officer. This role is central to maintaining smooth financial operations, including invoicing, reconciliations, payroll, and supplier management. The successful candidate will work closely with the operations team to ensure accuracy and timeliness across all accounting functions

About the Job
  • Daily order processing and invoicing for products and services.
  • Accounts receivable management, including chasing outstanding payments and maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Supplier statement and account reconciliations, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Bank reconciliations and recording of client payments.
  • Payroll processing and tax reporting on a fortnightly basis.
  • Credit card and expense reconciliation for all company accounts.
  • Cash flow monitoring and monthly budget updates to support management reporting.
  • Preparation and review of subscription and supplier invoices, including Azure and Microsoft 365 billing.
  • Preparation of quotes and support agreements on an ad-hoc basis.
  • General administrative duties, including booking couriers, reviewing timesheets, and assisting with monthly reporting (BIT orders, pricelists, etc.).
Your Qualification
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in accounts or bookkeeping (ideally within a small to medium business).
  • Proficiency with MYOB
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation
  • Strong communication and organisational skills

Nice-to-have Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an IT or technology services business.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure subscription billing
