Accountant

Job Description:

· Taxation (AU and US): Support in the preparation, filing, and compliance of tax requirements for US and AU operations.

· Financial Invoicing: Manage the preparation, issuance, tracking and reconciliation of financial invoices.

· Bookkeeping (AU and US): Perform accurate journal entries, ledger maintenance, reconciliation, and monitoring to ensure financial accuracy.

· General Auditing: Assist in auditing tasks, reviews, and record validation to support compliance and accuracy.

· Profit and Loss Reporting: Provide support in compiling financial data and profit and loss reports to support management in decision-making.


Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, or any related field.

· Proven experience in the same role.

· Exposure to international company.

· Familiarity with accounting systems, preferably MYOB or QuickBooks.

· Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles.

· Willingness to learn and grow into AU/US tax and compliance work.

· Ability to work independently, and accurately while maintaining strong attention to detail.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
